Crystal

Crystal is a lifelong student of the soul—forever unboxed, wildly curious, and usually cradling yet another rescue in her arms (because there’s truly no such thing as too many animals). A devoted mother of four—three incredible boys and one beautiful daughter, ages 9 to 25—including one proudly serving in the Army, she blends fierce strength with tender grace in everything she does.

She found yoga after a deep betrayal shattered the version of life she once knew. In the wreckage, it was the practice that anchored her—her lifeline when everything else felt lost. Yoga didn’t just heal her body; it helped her remember who she was. It became her sanctuary, her truth, and her sacred return.

An E-RYT 500 rooted in the lineage of Kriya Yoga, Crystal refuses to teach inside neat little lines. Her classes fuse Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Nidra, Restorative—and always a dash of playful surprise—so students of every age leave challenged, inspired, and lit from within. She believes teaching should be fun, creative, and out of the box. Rules? They’re meant to be bent, especially when it comes to self-discovery and living aligned. She’s also the co-founder of Lost Art, a movement dedicated to helping others remember who they are beneath the noise, and then replicating that forward.

Crystal is a certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer, offering vibrational healing to humans and animals alike. Whether she’s leading immersive retreats, holding space in her local studio, teaching at Sanctuary Rescue, or guiding children through the Yoga & Mindfulness Club she created, her work is rooted in presence, play, and deep inner truth.

Relatable to the core, Crystal still gets bent out of shape trying to pick an outfit—but give her yoga clothes? She could live, sleep, and play in them. Earth-loving, spirit-led, and joy-fueled, she’s here to help you come home to your truth—and never forget it again.
